In the Swedish countryside time seems to be standing still sometimes. You can take endless strolls through enchanted woods and along crystal clear lakes. And every once in a while you will pass by an old farm house or a secluded holiday home – and it all looks so calm and beautiful and soothing that you immediately start thinking “what if I just stayed here forever? In summer I’ll go swimming in the lakes or pick strawberries in the woods or sit in the sun in the garden and just breathe in happiness. And in winter, I light the fireplace and read a book and drink a cup of tea. I could relax and focus on the small things in life.” And then I keep walking and keep dreaming of this different life. One day I will have this life, I am sure.
